I am no longer a Cervelo employee, as my seasonal contract expired a week and a half ago. I would imagine anything happening on this end may wait, as many of the full time employees are still on holiday after the company trip to France. I'm a big fan of Sastre and the Schlecks so this year was awesome. What a close race for so much of it.

Did anyone else see Jens Voigt's saddle break off of his seatpost on the last stage? That certainly made Cervelo look bad! I wonder if it was the saddle or the seatpost that failed? Over-tightened clamp maybe... I hope it wasn't the seatpost because his post was the proprietary Soloist Carbon seatpost that I will soon be riding myself!
