It's funny how organized anarchy sounds alot of like unorganized douchbagary. Face it, it's a group of mostly immature bored kids looking to get noticed, riding their bikes responsibly isn't enough for them. A CM is not like a parade, the public enjoys parades, parades and protests are typically organized and the city often times grants permission for both. Most of all, protests matters, CM's do not.
Critical Mass seems like it's better equated to civil disobedience, a la sit-ins than a parade. They generally seem to use the mentality that if they get 3000 people together, "The Man" will either have to arrest all of them or put up with it.
I wonder if black people had discussions like this back in the 1950s and '60s.
