Two counties; two transit systems; and once the afternoon drive time is done, busses only run about once an hour.

And no, moving closer to work isn't an option. Even if I could afford the expenses involved in moving, the affordable neighborhoods are undesireable and the desireable neighborhoods are unaffordable.
