I'm glad these resources work for a lot of people. I have an accurate scale to weigh myself, and use that to gradually modify my weight, while eating good quality food. Although I may weigh myself several times a day, especially to make sure I'm replacing lost fluids, my overall horizon for weight adjustment is years. I have no idea what my caloric intake is, and I don't want to. Over the last four years, I've gone from 185, to 175, to 165 to about 160 today, at 6' tall. I'm toying with 155, but I want to improve power over the winter, and see what a more powerful body weighs in at next spring.
