My Cdale TT bike crankset has a weird click that I feel through the left crankarm when that arm approaches horizontal on most pedal revolutions. Only under load. Can't reproduce it on the stand. Almost felt like the zip tie holding the cadence magnet was rubbing (I cut it off, that's not it), so it's not so much a click you can hear, more like one you can feel. Very strange. Lubed the pedal. Crankset doesn't appear loose, rotates perfectly, I only feel this when I'm pedaling moderately to hard, distinctly feels like it's on the left side (opposite the chainrings). But it does not seem to hamper the bike's performance. It does drive me crazy of course.

I have a TT Sat AM, bike seems to ride OK. I'm riding it 40+ miles hard tomorrow AM, we'll see if it gets worse. I already tried to find a weird link in the chain, it looks fine. The rear free hub is not doing that on another bike, that's not it either.

BB bearing or adjustment issue?? I have NEVER experienced anything like this before. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
