Can't tell from the video how the cyclist was riding, did he have any wiggle room, was he trying to avoid the hit, etc? Although at first I thought it would be another Portland no-headlight taser job-but they don't suspend the cops for that, do they?

ETA: not that I'm a big CM fan or anything, but that cop was WAY out of line IMHO.
