I am sorry to hear about your bad luck. The site you ordered from is actually bicyclesource.us. Apparently their employees are so dumb they frequently write their website as bicyclesource.com. I am the owner of bicyclesource.com, and I get emails from customers of bicyclesource.us all the time complaining of these kinds of problems. I wish their was some way I could get them to change their website's address... it's really not right of them to try to confuse bicyclesource.com readers into ordering their stuff.
