Oh and he lied in the papers he filed against the cyclist saying he swerved towards him. To me, it looks like the cyclist was swerving away from him.


i never said the cop was acting responsibly.

I simply stated that I doubt that the officer's act of violence was completely unprovoked. Lets be realistic; how often is it that YOU act out violently at random, in front of hoards of witnesses?
