I think it depends on how you take those comments. I seem them as just the expressing of anger and frustration from people who might have been in the same situations as I have. I still treat every officer I come across with respect (primarily because I just think it's better to treat every person regardless of class/occupation with respect) but I've had my rights violated enough times that me as an entirely law abiding citizen still finds himself getting extremely nervous when confronted by the cops. Not because I think I'm going to be caught for anything, but rather because I have this perception gained through experience that I'm about to be abused by the people I pay money to protect me.

So ****, I can relate to being that pissed off or having that sentiment. I think it's a bit immature to just make a blanket statement like that, but I can't totally fault someone for being upset.
