Hi everyone, I'm new to cycling and wanted to make sure the shop I'm visiting knows what they are doing. I test road a 19'' fitness bike (hybrid/road cross). I'm 6'3'' and the bike seemed to ride nice and had a great price. They went ahead and ordered me a 21'' frame. Does this size seem correct? I've seen conflicting information all over the place when it comes to sizing.
