It's a great book, with recipes, sample weekly meal plans for periodized training, and all the info you could ever want on nutrients and performance enhancing foods. Seriously, get it!

The Ultimate Ride by Chris Carmichael. Great book on overall training. I'll be sure to check this one out too.
