Don't even get me started on the Gen-Y short attention span/gimme now thing, DON'T GET ME STARTED! I was just ranting about this on another board. Hopefully the OP will either offer something relevant to the forum subject matter at some point, or just move on and we can all live happily ever after. If not, I'll kill the thread.
*tl;dr means "too long; didn't read", something I'm being told more and more often these days, despite rarely posting anything more than two paragraphs these days.
