But since the central point of this thread is that an NYPD officer assaulted a cyclist and then lied about it in his complaint - and since most of the stories I posted above illustrate an official strategy of false arrest on the part of the police at that 2004 convention - what makes you think that the bulk of the information contained in the NYPD planning documents (i.e., marbles and urine) isn't false as well?
I merely found it amusing that randya managed to associate a Portland CM conspiracy theory to the 2004 Republican Convention almost 3,000 miles away & several years apart and you Googled up a slew of references to bolster it. Nevertheless, you provided what was asked so my response was inappropriate and I apologize. I guess I got swept up by all of the many sweeping generalizations peppering this thread.
