Is there anywhere you guys prefer to buy stuff on the internet? Possibly somewhere within Canada, so I don't get beaten over the head with shipping?

I'm looking for a lower-end 16t cog and a lockring, so even if someone had these to sell, I'd be interested in buying them from you.

Also, any recommendations as far as bike shops in Toronto/GTA that have track stuff in stock? Thanks a lot.
