That is exactly the reason that i believe that CM will have such a small affect when it comes to cyclists meanwhile doing more harm to us. One thing is to become an activist and another to do things like this. None of the riders carry signs or banners requesting what they would like to change. It is just a bunch of people on bikes riding rather carelesness. Instead of flooding the streets with no direction or leadership, why dont these people end up at city hall with banners or posters with their lobby and their proposed solution? When people see a good purpose they will come out and support even if they are not cyclist. If you were to say a tourist, and you saw a CM ride would you understand the big picture? Of course not.
