This seems to be the issue. I took the wheel in yesterday and had the local LBS wheel builder look at it. He said that the spokes were not tensioned enough. I believe that he said they needed somewhere between 110-130? I can't recall. However I do believe he said that one side of the wheel needs more spoke tension than the other side.
