Absolutely. I'll fight tooth and nail against it. Since human powered transport is a right, not a prividge like driving a car. But if it happens, it is the end of this ride as far to the right as practicable garbage.
Is there actually any legal precedent for this? Serious question, I'm not aware of it and I'd love to be. I understand the reasoning fine enough, but, sadly, common sense isn't always held up in the law
