I've made 2 recent orders from them, the expensive one had a followup email from them and then another from their US shipping agent, and then a shipping/tracking notice from that agent; the less expensive order, radio silence so far (nor has my card been charged).

(I've ordered from them in the past too, always great service, order always gets there eventually)
