I don't use Mavic Open Pros or Ultegra Hubs.
I do own two sets of Custom Mavic Reflex Tubular Wheelsets with Dura Ace rear hubs and Campagnolo Record front hubs. I have knocked them out of true a few times; but they have very light spokes.
I also own two sets of Mavic Cosmos 2003 and 2004. The Cosmos wheelsets are solid and reliable. The Mavic hubs are smoother than Dura Ace or Record.
I have hit a few holes in the road which I thought would have knocked the Cosmos wheels out of true; but when I put them in the truing stand they were straight as an arrow.
