To the OP: Get fitted! Don't spend a dime until you get a professional fit to your current bike. There may be small changes you can make to increase your comfort.

My evil twin says: Buy the Cervelo and boost the economy.

My rational self says do what you can to minimize costs and enjoy your current ride. However, when you need a better bike, you need a better bike. Just be sure to get a proper fitting so you aren't p*ssing away your money.

And of course post pics, or it didn't happen.
