a friendly member sent me a message that indeed it is an Ideale 90. Mine weighs substantially less than in the Ideale advertisements because the claimed weight for their saddles includes the seat post clamp, which mine doesn't have anymore.

So this mystery seems solved - an Ideale 90 was exactly what i was looking for to match my mid-70's french beauty :-)
