Im currently looking for my first road bike. Im about 5'11 32in inseam. 215lbs.

Noticed a 54 cm trek 5200 on sale. Im not sure about the year but seems to be mid to late 90's. Shimano 600 components and Rolf vector wheels. I understand its carbon fiber so when I do decide to check it out ill thoroughly check the frame. here are the pics:




Owner states that it needs a tune up. and is selling for $350.

As a rookie into road cycling, what are your opinions on the price? any suggestions? ( wait for better deal? size is too small?) precautions? warnings? thanks for the help.
