I have about 600 miles on my new Roubaix Expert. I had previously done a quick fit at another store and knew what frame size I needed when I was shopping. I received a very minimal fit at the bike shop at the time of purchase. I rode the bike for about 200 mis and decided to leave the stem flipped(down) and removed 3 spacers.
I was having some comfort issues and decided to get a real fit.
3 hrs and $100 later I got a shorter stem, flipped up

and all the spacers plus 1 ended up back under the stem.
The seat got raised a bunch and moved forward a bit.
The quick ride I took feels like a whole nother bike!!!-It looks like Fred's dream bike but I don't care.
I'm pretty happy, I hope it feels as good on a long ride.
My point-My fit was worth the jing, if you are having issues get one!
PS ignore the call of the flippers here on BF.
