Extremes that I've experienced are -25*F in winter, about 108*F in summer.
When it gets below 32,I put on studded tires. Below about 10, I switch to platforms and wear insulated hunting boots. When it gets over about 80, I start actually carrying water. My ride is 11 miles normally (12.5 now with construction detours)
