Why hasn't anybody mentioned the obvious - leather saddles?

IMO, I would rather break in a saddle than break in my butt.

If you haven't seen some of the excellent leather road and racing saddles lately, have a look. I rode leather, then went to synthetics and am now going back to leather. I will never go back to synthetics.
