It's a ticket revenue racket Al la Boss Hog of the Dukes of Hazard. Don't think about taking a road bike on them. You'll spend more time going straight up and down then down the road. A Mountain Bike works okay and maybe a hybrid.
yeah what the hell is up with that? I ride on the roads anyway...the sidewalks are absolutely useless and technically illegal to ride on anyway.
the weirdest part is that there are no bicycle signs, AND THEN A MILE LATER A SIGN THAT SAYS "SHARE THE ROAD BICYCLES ARE VEHICLES TOO"
If those no bike signs are missing don't look in my direction...
