Just finished this week out commuting four days @ 28 miles round trip. 112 miles + a couple errand runs.
This is my first time breaking 100 miles in a single week commuting.
It started in June with my first 14 mile commute into work which left me exhausted for a few days afterward.
Now I am almost completely car free.
Great job I am looking at increasing my commute to 4 days a week also starting next week. My commute is 12 miles each way with rolling hills. Although there might be an actual hill or two in there that are not considered rolling but I am not sure how much climbing I have to do before other cyclists feel it is a hill or not.
