Personally, I commute everyday, but I live in the city and my destination is 4 miles away. And it's a hill if it makes you glad to have that small gear on your triple (or wish you had a triple).
Well I do not have a triple and here is the ride profile so you can look for yourself. Most are rolling hills with a possible hill or two.
