That is a Schwinn New World with Superior cranks on it. They were introduced in I believe 1940/41. Show a picture of the seat collar and I can tell you if it is pre or post war. The pre wars are brazed to the seat post and the post wars are clamps that can come off. This is a picture of my 1941 and if you click on it the picture will enlarge and you can see the original levers. These are very good chrome-moly fillet brazed frames and were two steps below a Paramount. Roger
