Changes from stock:
- 700x32 slick tires
- Bontrager satellite carbon fork (dropped about 13oz)
- Tektro CR720 brakes (a major major upgrade from the Shortys)
- Mavic Aksium wheels, which I got after I wore clean through the brake track on the original rims
