You'll get it. I had a few falls at first, and it shakes your confidence, and takes away from the pleasure of riding, but you'll get over it. I found that gaining a real appreciation for the center of gravity of your bike is the key. Deliberately unclip one side before you stop, and when you stop, deliberately lean to the left. Also, it's OK if you have to do a one foot revolution before you get your foot clipped in again...
