I am not OVER 6-3, but I am 6'3" with a 36" inseam(so I am more legs than body) I ride a Giant OCR1. I currently have my seatpost at 8(so I have more room to go up if needed), I have my seat all the way back(might get a new seatpost with setback so I can get more inline with the Competitive Cyclist recommendations). The bike comes with an adjustable 130mm stem.
