There probably is no data that proves indicates how many people have been killed from cell-phone using drivers, let alone any breakdowns showing any change between pre and post law passage. So while it may be obvious to us, from our perspective, that the roads are safer, that is only our own opinion, not fact.
Indeed, you can pass all the laws you want, don't mean folks will obey. I assume driving and talking on cell phones is illegal where you are...so you never, ever see anyone talking on the phone while driving anymore?
