National Stop on Red Red Week? Nah, a boring effort to advocate for a non-issue, IMHO.

And the biggest reason I brought it up is that so many motorists reply to any cyclist rant with the comments about "cyclists not stopping..." and yet, here is a government sponsored event to point out to motorists that they too have "issues" with failing to stop.
