I used to be really really really good at working on brakes on my flatland bike in high school and those things are way more difficult than road brakes. I just got that Zinn Art of Road Bike Maintenance book so maybe I'll spend some time on them tonight looking at the brake adjustment section. I don't really care about weight (bike is already a clunky trek aluminum frame with heavy wheels) I figured the Ultegra brakes would be much stiffer and quicker to react, just precise feeling overall.
