If you are a Scotsman its ok to wear the kilt but some of these guys and their utilikilts, I'm sorry it ain't for me. Whats with guys wearing these things? Its like some shock value or what? I think the dudes that march in the parades with the bagpipes and all good on ya but regular American mutts like the most of us Blah. I work with a guy that started wearing those utilikilts and now he has them with little snowmen and Santa clauses at Christmas and for Halloween he has some with jack o lanterns and the like.
