I had been using Rock-n-Roll for years but I've regressed (!?) back to White Lightning Clean Ride. The RnR is amazingly slick stuff but it inhales schmutz and grit almost as badly as an oil like Tri-flo. The WL lasts reasonably long enough between applications and my chain and other pivot points stay FAR less gritty.
