To me it looks incredibly bad for one reason.
With the side to side motion it takes up too much real estate.
On a road it would take a whole lane. On a MUP it would be almost impossible to safely pass someone riding one of them.
I think someone riding one of them effectively would have to have an SUV mindset of "Hell yes I own the road!!!!"
