Blue Lug will have frames that are in nice shape in the 50,000~65,000 range. usually in smaller sizes. you can roll into a shop and find something pretty easily if you can spend about 70,000. they'll be in great condition too. but I agree with dh that there is definitely an 'up' as well. luck and friends can get you better deals. and yahoo auctions can STILL be good, but not like it used to (I took to trolling the threads there a bit again).

Mixi has been cheap lately, but there are a lot of hurdles for non-Japanese speakers and non-locals.

new Panasonics run 60,000~80,000 or so. new frames by the other keirin builders usually start at least at 120,000 and can get quite a bit higher with options.
