For what it's worth, I would not have bought from BD if I had not read Mike's posts on this forum. He seemed like a responsive guy, and many posters had positive experiences with BD.
BD was very good about answering my questions, until I asked for my money back. I'm actually not convinced that anything dishonest is going on. But I would like an explanation (and a refund). Perhaps, they are overwhelmed right now. Who knows?
Yes, I did know that BD did not have my size when I ordered. (We actually had an email exchange about whether I should order a 58 or a 56, and I knew neither was in stock.) However, they sent me an email saying the bike would ship "mid-june." That, of course, never happened, and the ship date kept getting pushed back. They still don't have my size according to the website.
