Any other 'bottomfeeder' suggestions?

I also found these http://www.ebikestop.com/tektro_r538...ach-BR7220.php (Lord, I know this is heresy to some around here. Should I take it to the Mechanics forum?) But it doesn't say whether or not the Tektro has a centering adjustment.
