So, a bit of a newbie question here. I'm looking to buy/build up a somewhat decent road bike for a reasonable cost (1000-2000) and locally there is a Cervelo Dual TT Frame with the Wolf TT fork and seatpost for around $450. So im just wondering if this would be a good idea or not to build this up, put on some drop bars and have it as my go-to road bike. If this is an OK idea any components suggestions would be much appreciated. And if this is the stupidest idea you have ever heard, please let me know.
