Frame size looks fine, if anything it's on the small side.

Honestly, judging by the amount of spacers and your riding position the Pinarello is not the best bike for you, a more relaxed geometry would suit you better but that's neither here no there now.

You'll get more flexible the more you ride so being in the drops/on the hoods will feel more natural.
