i had the same problem and was going to ask what you all though. i just finished my fixed gear, and the rear wheel i noticed was slanted to the left. so i loosened the bolts, and tried to pull the wheel back further. however now i have (what i would consider) a fair amount of slack in the chain. is the chain supposed to be very tight? it's straight on the top and sags underneath
