I ride full carbon, zipp clinchers and weigh 210... I have hit rough pavement like what you did at least once a week, which is pretty good considering the roads here in NY/NJ. I can't imagine that impact caused that damage... The spokes maybe, but the frame no way... has to be a defective frame..
