You didn't say what feels wrong about the bike. Does something hurt after your ride?
IMO
1) move saddle down and back (or even just down... it's too high... you should start with a 30degree bend).
2) get rid of that hideous looking saddle (if you're concerned about the look of the bike).
--- If you need a cut-out, get an SLR or Flite Gel Flow or Specialized Toupe.
3) you look thin (and maybe flexible) enough to get rid of a few spacers under the stem.
