That was excellent coverage of your ride and it sounded like a pretty rough one. I guess the knee pain must go with the territory. I have a right knee that gives me problems as well. Anyhow I was looking forward to your report as I knew it was coming up and congratulations on your metric. I probably would have been somewhat of a cake walk, if it weren't for the rain.
