Honda Element. With the back seats folded up or removed, bikes just roll right in. I use the rear seat belts to hold the bikes in place. With a towel for padding, a third bike can roll in between the two.

I also have a Performance hitch rack for two more bikes if needed or if I'm going on a long trip. The Element is a bit high to have a roof rack although that's how a coworker does it.

I've used my wife's 525 to carry my bike. Take off the front wheel and slide the bike in the back seat. Not recommended but if you're careful it can work.
