Otherwise, it was OK. I finally put more air into my tires and I think I was going faster for it.
I fasted yesterday and then went 40kmph down Avenue... Probably not wise. I was drained when I only got halfway down Avenue. I turned off and took the side streets at a more relaxed pace.
