These are available from Performance. They are currently available in 1" width. Simple smooth center tread with slight file pattern toward the edges (They work well with "tire saver" wires mounted on a bike frame). VERY cheap. They do run a bit narrow, too. The down side is the tread is rather thin and the rubber compound is pretty low tech so they won't wear very long, but for under $10 ...
